From the first sketches to the next release, I take responsibility for the technical decisions.
Map out the user flows, data, and connections between parts of the service. Use that understanding to shape the architecture.
Write the backend and interface, connect external services, and check how everything works together.
Set up the environment, ship, and watch the service in use. Fix problems and build the next useful thing.
